Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Your statutory withdrawal right, the model form, how immediate access to Pro affects it, and our refund and cancellation policy.
Summary
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase — a Pro subscription or a one-time lifetime licence — within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Because 13x Pro is digital content you can start using immediately, we ask for your express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. You give this consent at checkout. If you do not, access begins after the 14-day period.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; it then ends at the close of the current paid period.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pascal Zagarolo, Bozenerstraße 26, 42659 Solingen, Germany, support@get13x.dev) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for the reimbursement.
Early access to digital content — loss of the right of withdrawal
For subscriptions and one-time purchases (such as a lifetime licence) of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We capture this consent and acknowledgment at checkout. If you do not provide it, your right of withdrawal is unaffected and access begins after the 14-day period.

Refunds outside the statutory right of withdrawal
Once the withdrawal period has ended (or the right has lapsed as described above), subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund — for example where the Service was materially unavailable. This does not limit your mandatory statutory warranty and consumer rights.
A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase. Once your statutory right of withdrawal has ended or lapsed (see above), the payment is non-refundable — including if you later stop using 13x, or if we discontinue the product after a reasonable period — except where required by mandatory law or granted at our discretion.
Card-free trials are never charged; if you do not subscribe, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. To request help, contact support@get13x.dev.
A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel — it remains active under these Terms.
